                                                 Policies​

• valid card required to book

• no-shows: remaining balance charged

• Late cancellations $50

• 5-minutes grace period 

• After 5 minute: $1/ minute late fee  

• 20+ minutes late: appointment may be  canceled & deposit forfeited​

• One reschedule is permitted per appointment within the same month

•  cancellations /reschedules require 48 hours' notice

• moving an appoint to a new month requires a new deposit 

                                    Booking & Deposits​

• A non-refundable deposit is required at booking to  secure your appointment

• all Deposits are applied toward the final service total.

• Remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment  

 

                                          Important Notes

• services may be declined if the natural nail is damaged, compromised, or showing signs of infection.

• I only remove my own work 

• New clients must arrive with bare nails .
